Shipping & Returns 

1. SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm on the same working day.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Centco will not be held liable for delays, misplaced or lost parcels caused by third-party couriers.

1.1 Standard Delivery – UK

  • Next Working Day Delivery — £2.99

  • Orders placed before 2:00pm will be dispatched on the same day using a next-day service.

  • Free shipping on orders over £50 (UK only)

1.2 Expedited / Express Delivery

All orders are dispatched using an expedited next-working-day service as detailed above.

1.3 Non-Mainland UK

Due to increased carrier charges, delivery to non-mainland UK is £9.99 + VAT.

1.4 International Shipping

International shipping charges vary depending on the destination and customs regulations.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges or delays.
Please contact us for a delivery quotation prior to ordering.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are not available for overseas shipments due to customs and border-control processing.

3. RETURNS POLICY

3.1 Returning Products

Products must be returned with all packaging, contents, documentation, and any free gifts.

3.1.1 Return Deadline

You must notify us of your intention to return an item and send the goods back within 14 days of receiving the order.
Please contact us before returning any item.

3.1.3 Collection by Us

Centco may arrange collection instead of the customer posting the return. If a prepaid return label or packaging is provided, customers must use it. Failed collection attempts may incur a charge.

3.1.4 Cost of Return Shipping
  • Returns due to change of mind / cancellation / dissatisfaction → Customer pays return cost.

  • Returns due to Centco error or faulty/incorrect items → Centco pays return cost.
    If we incur return costs on your behalf, we may deduct them from any refund due.

3.1.5 Risk & Proof of Return

Returned goods remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us.
We strongly recommend insured postage and proof of postage.

3.1.6 Condition of Returns

If returned goods have been used, damaged or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them, Centco may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund.
Products purchased as a set must be returned as a full set.


4. LEGAL RIGHTS

Your rights are protected under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Customers have 7 working days to cancel an order.
If the order has been dispatched, postage costs will not be refunded. Items must be returned unopened and in original condition within 14 days.
Faulty or misdescribed products will be refunded including postage costs.


5. BACKORDERS

If an item is out of stock, it will automatically be placed on backorder and you will be notified by email with an estimated delivery date.
If we do not receive a response, we will proceed with despatch when the item is available.
If the revised delivery date is unsuitable, please reply to the notification email and we will cancel the backorder and issue a refund.
