3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Interfere with the website's security or functionality

  • Use the website to commit fraud or any unauthorised transaction

4. Product Information

We aim to ensure product descriptions, images, pricing and availability are accurate. However:

  • Colours may vary depending on display settings

  • Measurements and specifications may have slight tolerances

  • All products are subject to availability

We reserve the right to amend or discontinue products without notice.


5. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable.
Payments must be made using accepted payment methods shown at checkout.

For trade, business or school accounts with credit terms:

  • Payment must be made within the agreed credit period

  • We reserve the right to charge interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act for overdue accounts

  • Orders may be held until overdue invoices are cleared


6. Orders & Contract Formation

An order is considered accepted only when we issue an order confirmation.
We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • A product is unavailable

  • A pricing or listing error occurs

  • There is reasonable concern about fraudulent activity or unpaid debt

Once dispatched, the contract of sale becomes legally binding.


7. Delivery

Delivery dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather or other external factors are outside our control.

Orders must be checked upon delivery. If items are missing or damaged, we must be notified within 48 hours.


8. Returns & Cancellation

Consumers (B2C)

Consumers have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Exclusions apply to:

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Perishable or clearance items

  • Products opened and no longer in resale condition

Business & Trade Customers (B2B)

Returns are accepted only by prior agreement and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Special-order or bulk-order goods are non-returnable unless faulty.


9. Faulty or Defective Goods

If a product is faulty, we will repair, replace or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We may request photos, evidence or return of the product for inspection.


10. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental or consequential losses

  • Business interruption or loss of profits

  • Misuse of products or failure to follow instructions

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence.
